RESORT
HOTEL
We have a unique
opportunity for a select number of investors in the Philippines.
Focus is to create a tourism facility employing newest environmental
technologies.
Expect regular
visits of our rare wild Philippine Eagle pair at the hotel.
Participate
in our 40 unit resort hotel building on an about 5,000 square
meter beach front parcel at Sans Souci with a building area
of 2,000 square meters.
Building
costs in the Philippines are approx. P10,000 per square
meter (or US$200 based on exchange rate of 50:1). The land
cost at Sans Souci beach front is P2,000 per square meter.
Summary
Cost
of land 5,000 sm. x P 2,000
=
P10 Million (US$200,000)
Cost
of hotel building 2,000 sm. x P10,000
=
P20 Million (US$400,000)
Total
P30 Million or (US$600,000)
We
are looking for investors that will invest in shares of
at least US$50,000 (8 shares) to finance the construction
of the building. Those eight investors will own 66% of the
company.
The
developer will bring the land as investment into the corporation
that will own the Hotel Resort. One key project feature
will be to construct the hotel in two phases (20 rooms at
first) to minimize financial exposure. Once the first 20
units are profitable additional units can be built.
We
are inspired by the architectural ideas and outlines of
SIM VAN DER RYN. Please visit the Ecological
Design Institute.
