We now offer
nine beach lots along the western shoreline of the project.
Dramatic elevated location with direct access to beach.
Lot sizes are approximately 380 square meter each and
measure 18.5 by 20.50 meters. These lots will have direct
access to the National Highway and residents can park
their car in the houses.
The
price for these lots are set at PhP 3,000 per sm. for
our No Down Payment option. We offer PhP 250 discount
(PhP 2,750 per sm.) with a 30% down payment. PhP 500 discount
(PhP 2,500 per sm.) is extended for spot cash sale.
Easy
payment plans with 2 year/0 interest, 3 year/5 percent,
5 year/7 percent and 10 year/10 percent financing options
Reservation fee is set at P20,000.
Please
note that these lots have not been subdivided yet and we
only accept reservation until the final individual lot plans
are available.
Visits
to the site can be scheduled at your convenience. It is
possible to make the trip within one day, if you start early
from Manila. If you bring a car, you can leave at the guarded
pier parking lot or with Edgar from D&D Parking close
by the pier. From Batangas Pier take any of the boats departing
for Puerto Galera (1 hour to 1 hour 45 minutes depending
on what boat you will take).
Once
in Puerto Galera take a tricycle to Sans Souci in Balatero
and ask for Matthias. From our Office we will transfer you
with our service boat (30 to 45 minutes) to the site.
Beginning
February 2003 it will possible to take the new National
Highway from Abra de Ilog pier to our site and you can choose
to take any of the ferry boats from Batangas to this municipality
as well.
A
picnic can be served at Sans Souci. Please note that we
charge P300 per person for expenses for this option. However,
we will credit this expense, should you choose to reserve
any of our properties.
We
will gladly schedule a tripping to the site with you. We
